Biography
Richard Mico
(Born; Taunton, Circa; 1590;
Died; London, bur. 10 April 1661). English composer. From 1608 he was resident musician at
Thorndon Hall, Essex, with the Petre family, Byrd's patrons. In 1631 he moved to London.
He was a leading composer of consort music; some 40 pieces, including 30 fantasias,
survive.
